Serge Birault is a brilliant digital artist from France. Birault, otherwise known as PapaNinja, has talent that is obvious to anyone who visits his blog.
However, as this picture clearly shows, PapaNinja is in league with the Cephalopod Menace. He may even be an agent.

I was hoping you would know who this guy was so I could use you to arrange a 'meeting' with him in some back corner, Eastern European location. I have a feeling his work is all a front for his anti-octopus views but I have to question him before I either accept him into the fold or put a bullet in his head. Can't be too careful with allies or collaborators ya know.
Well, if he's not a collaborator he certainly has a tentacle fetish. He does paint some hot women, though.
