Wow! My work Christmas party is the 18th. If we had gifts like this I would probably participate :)
It's odd seeing alcohol as a workplace gift. I've been in gov't work for too long. Reminds me of a fundraising sales event that we had when I was in highschool... my prize for 2nd place was a fixed blade hunting knife.
Don't see *that* any more.
Wow, you have a very generous Secret Santa! We had our office gift exchange/party last night. I got a little box of note cards. But I've received worse things over the years, LOL!

Paladin: It's funny you should mention knives. Four or five Christmases ago in the same office my secret santa gave me a folding pocket knife. It's similar to the one James Bond uses to dig the shell casings out of his chest in SKYFALL. I actually used it to unseal the cork on the Glenfiddich!
Debra; I've been pretty lucky in this office with Secret Santa gifts. But yes, I have received worse gifts over the years.
