Ugh... Back to the daily grind after a lame New Years (after the Canucks got spanked 4-1 by LA I lost interest in celebrating). Sunday we cleaned the house and managed to go for a walk.
This morning all I managed to get in was the little bit of practice you see above. Well, they say it makes perfect. I haven't seen that happen yet, but I do it all the same.

That is a a FINE start though. I slept right through New Years which was a joy.
