PULP!

My good buddy G.W. Thomas recently wrote a post at his blog about why he loves old pulp magazines.

I, too, love old pulps and I probably can't be as eloquent about why than G.W. is, but just look at these covers. I mean, really, what would you do if you saw one of these staring back at you from your local supermarket or drugstore's magazine rack? Hello! Look at me!

One of my greatest fantasies is going back in time to the 1930's and finding a street corner magazine vendor in New York and buying a brand-new, hot off the presses issue of one of these beauties.

I could do this all day but I've got to get to work.
