Well and simply put.
Goes a long way, too, if the "it" includes one's own self. In questioning everything, some of the most important questions that I've asked have been directed at none other than myself.
Helps to avoid the pitfall of desiring to be "individual and different" in order to fit in with all the other cool people who are "individual and different" :)
